All products sold on SoftwareHope.com are digital goods. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical items (boxes, CDs, or hardware). Therefore, no physical shipping address is required for delivery, and no physical shipping charges apply.

Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment partners (Razorpay), delivery is executed via one of the following digital methods:

  • Email Confirmation: License keys, invoices, and transaction receipts are sent to your registered email address.
  • Dashboard Activation: Vendor credits, subscription plans, and lead data access are automatically unlocked within your user dashboard.
  • API Provisioning: For enterprise integrations, API keys are provisioned securely via the developer portal.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to provide instant access to all our services. However, timelines may vary based on the nature of the transaction and provisioning requirements:

6. Regulatory Compliance

Standard Razorpay Compliance Clause:

For any services requiring manual intervention, orders are processed within 0-2 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. SoftwareHope is not liable for any delay in delivery by third-party internet service providers but guarantees to activate the service within 7 days from the date of the order and payment.
