SoftwareHope Data Deletion Policy
This full-width policy explains how users can request deletion of their SoftwareHope account and associated data, including Facebook Login data as required by Meta.

SoftwareHope gives users complete control over their personal data. In compliance with Meta (Facebook) Platform policies, this page explains how you can delete your account and all related information stored on SoftwareHope.
2. What Information We Store
Depending on your usage, we may store:
- Name and display name
- Email address
- Facebook / Google / LinkedIn user ID
- Profile details submitted by you
- Reviews, comments, ratings
- Technical logs (browser, device, IP, timestamps)
We do NOT store your Facebook password or sensitive credentials.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your SoftwareHope account using the following method:
Option 1 — Email Request

Use the subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- A statement requesting deletion of your data
4. What Will Be Deleted
After verifying your identity, we will permanently delete:
- Your SoftwareHope account
- Social login associations
- Your profile information
- Your reviews and any identifiable data
- Preferences and saved settings
- Access logs linked to your account
Some anonymized data may remain if legally required, but it will no longer be connected to your identity.
5. Deletion Timeline
Your data will be removed from active systems within:

Backups may take slightly longer, but your account becomes inactive immediately.
